Thomas Keener, Sr. Obituary

Thomas H. Keener, Sr., 84, passed away Monday, June 24, at his Yulee residence.

Mr. Keener was born June 10, 1935 in Fairmont, WV and move to Johnson Lake in Yulee in 1970 from Lancaster, OH.

He retired from Kaiser Aluminum after 42 years of employment and was a U. S. Navy veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the North Florida Blue Grass Association. He loved attending blue grass festivals with his beloved wife, Lorraine Kenner, who predeceased him in May, 2017.

He is survived by two sons and daughters in law, Thomas H. Keener, III (Sheryl) of Yulee, FL and Timothy Keener (Angie) of Hilliard, FL; a sister, Jenny Edwards of West Virginia; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren..
