William "Bill" Gregory Mott

William Gregory Mott (Bill), 68, passed away December 22, 2022 at UF Health in Gainesville, FL.

Bill was a life-long resident of Nassau County and attended Yulee and Fernandina Beach schools.  He retired from Rayonier after 38 years of employment with the company.

He was predeceased by his father, Clarence Glen Mott.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Mary Brower Mott of Yulee, FL; a daughter, Regina Mott Davis and her husband, Rocky Davis of Fernandina Beach, FL; his mother Gladys Chaney Mott; two brothers and sisters in law, Eugene and Bena Mott and Robert Lee and Joanne Mott; one sister and brother in law, Glenda Mott Harvey and Tom; a niece, Angela Garbarini; nephew, Chris; a great niece, Maria Garbarini; and a great nephew, P. J. Garbarini.

Bill loved gardening and fishing.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 27, at Chester Cemetery.
