William “Bill” Morgan, Jr., 70, of Jacksonville, passed away May 19, 2026.

Bill was born in Jacksonville, FL and was a life-long resident graduating from Ed White High School in 1973.  He was a faithful, loving Christian and a member of The River Church at Jacksonville.

He was predeceased by his parents, William E. Morgan, Sr. and Jennette Powers Morgan and a brother, David Morgan.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 46 years, Angela K. Morgan; son, William Jonathan Morgan (Samantha); daughter, Kinlin Kirk Hubbard (Jonathan); siblings, Margie Stone, Bruce Morgan (Katrina), Patty Sheppard (Phillip) and Cindy Picklesiner (Glenn); sister in law, Jill Morgan; seven grandchildren, Clive & Leopold Morgan, Rachel Kirk, Bryson, Avabelle, Kenadee and Lincoln Hubbard; and 21 amazing nieces and nephews.

Bill is said to have never met a stranger and would do anything to help anyone in need. He was a loving father, grandfather, and loved his wife until his dying breath.

There will be a Celebration of Life at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 6, at The River Church at Jacksonville, 1820 Monument Rd., Jacksonville, F 32225.
