Rustin "Russ" K. Oltman

Rustin “Russ” Oltman, 73, passed away August 6, 2024.

Russ was born in Washington, DC and moved to Jacksonville in 1974 from Melbourne, FL.

He is survived by his wife, Jackie; step daughter, Carla, grandchildren, J J, Behn, and Suri; sister, Candy, niece Donna and several other nieces and nephews.

Russ loved spending time with his grandchildren.  He was a NASCAR and a Jacksonville Jaguar fan.

There sill be a graveside ceremony at Green Pine Cemetery in Yulee at a time and date yet to be determined.

A graveside ceremony will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 16, at Green Pine Cemetery.
