Romayne H. Lovell

Romayne H. Lovell, 97, passed away October 8, 2025 at her Yulee residence.

She was born May 9, 1928 in Fernandina Beach and was a life-long resident of the area.

She was predeceased by her husband, Alfred O. Lovell and is survived by a son, Kenneth Dale Lovell; four daughters, Ramona Lovell, Joanna Chamlee, Iris Weidner (Steve) and Kim Lovell; nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, and a long-time special friend, Iris Jones.

Mrs. Lovell enjoyed family gatherings and loved spending time with her grandchildren.  She enjoyed embroidery, made quilts and liked to travel.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 13, in the chapel of Green Pine Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Monday at the funeral Home
