Richard D Jones

Richard D. Jones, 78 of Yulee, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2025, at his residence.

Mr. Jones was born in Jacksonville, FL and has been a resident of Nassau County for the past 50 years.  He retired from Rayonier.

He was predeceased by his wife, Ann Fullwood Jones in 2014.

Survivors include a daughter, Christina King (Sergio Miller); two sons, Clyde King (Susan) and Chris King; a sister, Geraldine and her husband, Bill; six grandchildren, Jacob Green, Lee Davis, Kimberly McColly, Cory King, Heather Randall (Eric), and Tyler King; and five great grandchildren.

Mr. Jones loved boating and fishing.  He loved watching Baywatch, loved cars and was a loving husband and a great dad.  He was always the life of the party with his group of friends who have breakfast every morning at Krystal.

There will be a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 7, in the Stephens Chapel at Green Pine Funeral Home.
