Mary Jane Jubito, 73, of Yulee, FL, passed away peacefully on July 9, 2025, at her home. Born on October 10, 1951, in Fernandina Beach, FL,

Mary was daughter to the late Wallace and Maggie Sterling. Mary was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and friend, whose vibrant spirit touched countless lives in the Nassau community. Mary dedicated many years of service to Nassau Fire and Rescue, where her compassion and commitment earned her deep respect. A passionate outdoorswoman, she loved fishing and cherished memories of playing softball in her youth. Mary was also a proud, die-hard fan of the Florida Gators, never missing a chance to cheer for her team. She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Jubito; her son, Vincent Jubito; her step-son, Travis Laster; her brother, Bunny of Fernandina Beach, FL; her brother, George (wife Sheri) of Statesboro, GA; her sister, Katie Davenport (husband Bill) of Raleigh, NC; and many cherished nieces and nephews.
