Lorenzo J. Bonacchi

Lorenzo Bonacchi passed away suddenly on November 5,2025. He was originally from Syracuse, New York and moved to Yulee in 1991 with his family.

 Lorenzo was a Veteran who served in the United States Navy. During his working years Lorenzo worked for New Process Gear, AAMCO and Porsche/Audi as Service Manager.  He also worked at Jefferson Smurfit where he retired due to disability in 1996.

Lorenzo was the kindest, most loving, loyal, mentor, Husband, Dad and Grandpa in the whole world!!   He will be greatly missed by many. 

Lorenzo leaves behind his loving wife of 45 years Julia (Judy), two children-his daughter Tina Walker (Chris) and son Tom Bonacchi. Four grandchildren- Kimberly (Ryan) Murray, Nathan (Gabby) Miller, Zachary Bonacchi and Savannah Bonacchi. He has 6 great grandchildren- Brantley, Branson, Baxter and new great grandson Miller coming soon. Makenna and new great grandson Murray coming soon.  As well as several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his mother Flora Frazier.   

Lorenzo was an Organ Donor.  Lorenzo’s wishes were to be cremated. A small celebration of life with his immediate family was held on Friday, November 7th.
