Linda Scott Obituary

Linda H. Scott, 75, of Yulee passed January 17, 2021. She was preceded in death by her mother, father and six siblings.

She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Sherman Scott.

Mrs. Scott was employed as a pharmaceutical buyer at Memorial Hospital where she retired after 29 years.

She was an avid golfer and was club champion at five different golf courses. Memberships include the Jacksonville Women’s Golf Assoc. and Amelia River Golf Club.

She was a loving, devoted wife, a very caring and kind person, and a good friend to many.

There will be a Celebration of Her Life at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, January 21, at her residence.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial donations be made to any no-kill animal shelter or The Salvation Army.
