Linda Irvin

Linda Ragan Irvin passed away Tuesday, March 19th at her Fernandina Beach residence at the age of 63.  She was born August 18, 1960 in Fernandina Beach and has pretty much been a life-long resident of the area.

She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Danielle Irvin and by a sister, Brenda Perry.

Linda is survived by her companion of 24 years, Barry Dyer; her 2 sons, Daniel Irvin and Matthew Irvin and his wife, Nicki; her sisters, Donna Simpson, Annette Ragan, Rita Dyson and Laura Milligan; grandchildren, Daniel Irvin, Jr., Jordan Irvan, Maverick Irvin, Michelle Irvin and Memphis Jackson and her great grandchildren, Nova Irvin, Adam Irvin (and who is one the way)

Linda loved her children and grandchildren…would do anything for them even if meant doing without for herself – she made sure they were taken care of.  She loved yard sales, animals and working with plants in the garden.

She is described by most as being “a kind soul.”

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 23, in the Green Pine Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service Saturday at the funeral Home.
