Obituary
Linda S. Brown, 79, passed away Thursday, July 14, 2022 at her Yulee residence.
Mrs. Brown was born in Pittsfield, NH and moved to Yulee in 1983 from Jacksonville, FL.
She retired as Maintenance Administrator with Bellsouth in 1996.
She was predeceased by a brother, Dexter Smith, and is survived by her husband of 54 years, Harold “Ed” Brown; her daughter and son in law, Rosalyn and Steven Wells; a brother and sister in law, Westley Darrell and Jenifer Smith; sister in law, Jean Smith; two grandchildren, Michael Anthony Briggs and Cydnie K. N. Wells (Ethan Dunman); a great grandchild, Remington Easton-Ray Briggs; several nieces and nephews and her niece caregiver, Patty Taylor and nephew, Darren Smith.
Linda was a very generous person. She was independent and kind. She was a devoted wife and mother.
A ceremony of remembrance to honor her life will be held at a later date.
