Joseph Matthew Jacobs

Joseph Matthew Jacobs, 42, passed away October 29, 2024, at his Yulee residence.

Matt was life-long resident of the Yulee area and was a member of the Mercy Hill Church.

He was predeceased  by his grandparents, David and Lavern Minshew; and Cecil and Beatrice Blalock.

Survivors include his wife, Veronica Jacobs; sons, Kane Elijah Jacobs and Jesse Moore; daughters, Arianna Jacobs and Julissa Moore; his parents, Reggie and Diane Jacobs; mother and father in law, Oscar and Wanda Ramirez; and his sister Letecia Baldwin and brother in law, Bubba; his brother, Erik Jacobs and sister in law, Monica Crews.

Matt loved his wife, children and his family.  He loved the Florida Gators and anything to do with sports.  He enjoyed going to church every Sunday with his family.  He will be severely missed by so many.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 2, in the Chapel of Green Pine Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Kwiatkowski officiating.  Interment will follow in Green Pine Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
