Jeff Proctor, 58, of Jacksonville (formerly Fernandina Beach) passed away May 24, 2021.
Jeff was a veteran of the U. S. Navy and was employed by CSX Railroad as a dispatcher.
He was predeceased by his father, Ralph Proctor.
Survivors include his devoted wife, Pam Proctor; son, Zachary Proctor; step sons, Ronnie Fisher (Allie) and Nick Fisher (Cheylynn); his mother, Jean Smith; step mother, Linda Proctor; sister, Terri Proctor; step sisters, Kim Harrel (Mike) and Shanda.
His seven grandchildren. His world: Griffin, Noah, Aniston, Emma, Sutton, Nixon and Brigham.
Jeff was a devoted family man. Loved his Harley Davidson and always said was a Pirate!
Jeff loved his Harley-Davidson. He was a Fernandina Beach Pirate and was a family man. He loved his family, especially his grandbabies.
There will be a Celebration of Jeff’s life on June 26, at the Pirates Woods Community Center at a time yet to be determined.
