Clinton "Junior" Bridges

Clinton Bridges, 58, better known as Junior to his family and close friends passed away suddenly February 17, 2023, in Palatka, FL.

He was born November 13, 1964 in Fernandina Beach, FL and raised in Yulee.

He leave behind his wife of 39 years, Vennica; his children, Myrenda Bridges of St. Marys, GA, Dustin Bridges (Amanda) of St. Augustine, FL and LaNae Hickman of Kingsland, GA; nephew, Geoffrey James (Samantha); a sister, Glenda Williams (Mark) of Yulee, FL and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was known as Peepaw to his seven grandsons, Dylan, Logan, Tyler, Ethan, Carter, Cason and Jaxson.

Mr. Bridges never met a stranger.  He enjoyed being outdoors boating, fishing, shrimping and taking care of his home.  He took time to experience the treasures of life and will be forever in his family’s heart and memories.

Memorial services will be held March 4, at his sister’s home, 85441 Radio Rd., Yulee, FL.  Dinner will be served after the service.
