Obituary
Carrie F. Hodgson, 89, passed away Friday evening, January 20, 2023 at her Yulee, FL residence.
Mrs. Hodgson was born in Jacksonville, GA and moved to Yulee in 1977 from Jacksonville, FL. She was of the Methodist Faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary G. Hodgson, Sr., and by her son, Gary Hodgson, Jr.
Survivors include four daughters, Gail Dietz (Sonny), Connie R. Brooker, Brenda Linville (Roger) and Debbie Farris, all of Yulee; twelve grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Mrs. Hodgson was a devoted and loving mother, loved to crochet, enjoyed playing cards and going to bingo with her family. She loved cooking for her family and sharing it with her fur babies.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 25, at Green Pine Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Green Pine Funeral Home.
