William "Bill" Skipper Obituary

Mr. William O. Skipper (Bill), 67, of Chester, Yulee passed peacefully on November 3, 2019 at Community Hospice in Fernandina. He was predeceased by his parents Bobbie and Biddie Skipper.

Bill was a Metal Fabricator for most of his life and could build anything with precision. He was a sweet, gentle soul loved by all he met. Many enjoyed his colorful stories. He loved to fish with his Daddy and was a true Jaguars fan from day one. He was a great Dad and a wonderful Papa who always gave everything to all. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Bill leaves behind, his beloved wife of 31 years, Michelle Skipper, the love of his life who he wrote a true love story with. His two boys, Billy Skipper(Terry) and Shawn Black(Christy) and four grandchildren, Garrett Black, Coral Skipper, Brendan Black and Sophie Kluessner. Bill also leaves behind two good friends, David Peck and Richard Lightsey.

The family will be having a private memorial. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Community Hospice Warner Center of Fernandina.
