William Jones, Sr. Obituary
William L. Jones, Sr., 87, of Yulee, passed away July 7, 2018.
He was born January 30, 1931 in Sterlington, LA and moved to Yulee in 1969 from Texas. Mr. Jones served 23 years in the U. S. Military serving in both the Navy and the Air Force. He was a member of the D.A.V. and enjoyed watching old Westerns on the television and listing to old country music. He enjoyed working.
He was predeceased by his wife, Delma R. Jones; and daughter, Bobbie Sue Gaskill.
Survivors include two sons, William L. Jones, Jr. and Robert David Jones; daughters, Cynthia Marie Napoli and Anita Gayle Smith; and numerous grand and great grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 13, in Green Pine Cemetery with Rev. Pete Jones officiating.
