Terry Jones Obituary

Terry W. Jones, 61, of Callahan passed away January 10, 2019 in Donaldsonville, GA.

Mr. Jones had been employed for a number of years as a truck driver for Florida Rock and Argos. He was known by many as a hard working man; a little man with a big heart. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and dearly loved his girls with all his heart.

He was predeceased by his wife of 31 years, Robbie Jones who passed away in 2013; his parents, Frank and Margaret Jones; a brother, Jimmy Smith; brother in law, Heyward Lynn; and a sister, Kathy Frith.

Survivors include his three daughter and sons in law, Christy and Johnny Gaston of Moyock, NC, Tina and D. J. Valentine of Jacksonville, FL and Terri and Corey Wasdin of Glen St. Mary, FL; brothers, Jerry Jones, Chuck Smith (Diane) and Phillip Smith (Brenda); sisters, Debbie Lynn and Tammy Screws (Rick); sister in law, Iris Smith; grandchildren, Devon, Reese, Carson, Kade, Foster and Ethan; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 19, in the Stephens Chapel at Green Pine Funeral Home in Yulee.
