Sharon W. Kasper

Mrs. Sharon Kasper, (Nana) of Yulee Florida departed this world on July 26, 2019!

She was born March 22, 1947 in Jacksonville FL & moved to Yulee in 2014! She was a dedicated member of Blackrock Baptist Church where she served most Sundays as a greeter!

Mrs. Kasper fought incredibly hard for 8 months after being diagnosed with cancer! She might have lost the battle but she definitely won the war because early in the morning on July 26, God sent His angelic escort to carry her home to glory where she is absent from all of her suffering!

In addition to being a fighter, she was an extremely hard worker! She loved to work because she wanted to take care of her family! Her other passions were watching her sons and then her grandchildren playing sports! She also loved the Atlanta Braves, Elvis Presley, and traveling with her family to Tennessee! On most weeknights & certainly on Sunday she could be found either eating out with friends or shopping at Walmart!

She was predeceased by her mother, Mattie Campbell and father, Robert Campbell!

Surviving family members include her spouse of 47 years Paul Kasper Sr. Her sons Darrell Wright (Ramona) of Athens Tennessee, Paul Kasper Jr. (Isabelle) of Yulee Fl, and John Kasper Sr (Melissa) of Yulee Fl. Granddaughters Leslie Wilson (John), and Leah Kasper! Grandsons John Jr., Caleb, and Jacob Kasper. Corey Quigley. She also has 1 great grandson!

A celebration of life will take place at Blackrock Baptist Church on Tuesday, July 30, at 6:00pm! Officiating will be Pastor Bob Oliver, Pastor John Kasper Sr. and Evangelist Paul Kasper Jr.
